Production HR Advisor – Maternity Cover (Part Time)

Start Date: April 2023

Contract: 1 year fixed term maternity cover contract (Some flexibility maybe required, as this a Maternity Cover Contract)

Hours: 30 Hours per Week, worked 9.30am – 6pm (Hybrid Working, Minimum 2 days in studio)

Salary: Depending upon experience, plus benefits package

Location: Aztec West, North Bristol (with some occasional travel to Gas Ferry Road, Bristol).

For this role, we’re looking for a Production HR Advisor to cover our existing Advisors maternity cover. The ideal applicant will be someone who has experience managing their own workload without supervision as well as experience working within a team. As this role looks after crew on different projects across both Aardman sites, the perfect candidate will also have the ability to tailor their approach depending on the site and team being dealt with.

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience working within a HR environment and be either part or fully CIPD Level 5 qualified. We are also looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills and the ability to act on own initiative.
